My Retirement Checker is operated by All Out Social Ltd, trading as Senior Lead Partners, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
We collect it for one purpose: to introduce you to a licensed insurance agent who can discuss annuity and retirement income products with you. We do not use your information for anything else.
When you submit the form we pass your details to one licensed insurance agency, named in the consent text on the form you completed. We do not sell your information to multiple buyers, to data brokers, or to any marketing list. Each enquiry goes to a single agency and to no one else.
We also use service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, our database provider, and ActiveProspect (TrustedForm), which records your consent so that both we and the agency can demonstrate you asked to be contacted.
By submitting the form you gave express written consent to be contacted at the number you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or pre-recorded voice, text message and email, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message and data rates may apply.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text, tell the agent on any call not to contact you again, or email us and we will remove you and pass that request on.
Depending where you live you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law. To make any request, email the address below with the phone number you submitted.
We retain enquiry records and consent certificates for five years, because we and the receiving agency may need to evidence your consent if a complaint is ever made. After that they are deleted.
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
